Twonky web interface upload download files

I am working on an application (windows forms client application) that needs to be able to upload and download files to the server (IIS hosted web service application). Both in .NET 3.5. Currently the applications communicate through asmx web services hosted in IIS 6 and is authenticated using windows integrated.
