Battlent app stuck on downloading new files 2019

I have tried multiple wine and DXVK versions, so it must be something new… blizzard app and now im able to get into the battle.net app but getting white screen after I went to my 'drive_c' \ Program Files (x86) \ Battle.net\.

I am trying to download the battle.net app for Windows (10) PC. It just gets stuck on "downloading new files" and never advances.
